Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and also payment via PayPal.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders should arrive 2-5 working days after order placement. EU orders should arrive 4-8 working days after order placement.

 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

 

Can I return an item?

If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and we will advise on return options.

 

Do you offer click and collect?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer click and collect at this time.

 

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, EU and Internationally.

 

Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address to my billing address?

Yes, just input the address at check out. 

 

Can I follow the progress of my order?

You will be sent an order confirmation email upon placing the order and a further email to confirm your order has been dispatched.  Orders to the UK are sent via Royal Mail 'Signed For 1st Class' service.  Unfortunately this does not allow you to track your order, however if your order has not arrived within the allocated timeframe please get in touch with us.

 

Can my order be gift wrapped?

All orders are sent wrapped in tissue paper and boxed.  If your order is for a gift please let us know and we will remove the price info from your order. We can also include a personal message with your order.
